seem to be of very high quality. definitely helps with temperature control as it keep all the cooling vents open while looking stylish and minimalist. I ordered another couple because my laptop is 17 inch and heavy and I want it to distribute the load. I highly recommend it if you want to take care of yourself (elevated for writing and playing) a and your computer (less heat equal longer Life).
