I like how fast and easy this is to use. I can use all 8 pieces to wrap my hair around if I want tighter curls or if I want loose waves I combine the hanging strand pieces into 4. Works great to sleep in overnight. I recommend after your hair is wrapped to unclip as to not get a clip impression on your head. The wraps will stay in place even when not clipped on top.

Love these heatless waves. No more heat damage to my ends and it's finally growing. It's also easy to sleep on. It doesn't bother me at all. That's a BIG plus! Would definitely recommend it.
