Over the last year I have had problems with both hands, primarily in my thumbs. Diagnosed as overuse, tendinitis, and trigger finger. It was affecting all aspects of my day, every day, all day. My left thumb ended up having to have a cortisone shot and it has helped. My right thumb is worse and may end up getting a shot as well but I specifically asked the Dr how to avoid further issue without steroids and shots and they said to strengthen my hands as much as possible.

I was a little sceptical when I made the purchase to be completely honest. Since I read and saw that these bands can be used and help people who play bowling and type a lot I gave them a chance. So far I have no complaints. I do feel I have an added strength when it comes to ball release and hook in bowling, meaning that I can feel that I am putting more lift on the release. As for typing I feel the same I can't say I notice or feel any difference.

These aren't the best made product but they do totally work and are a good size to be portable. I'm always working on my grip strength and these are nice as they came with three of each and I could put them in various locations. I drive about an hour each way to work and so it is nice to have them in my car to do a few reps while driving. I also keep a set of the harder ones at my desk at work.

I’m an electrician and started getting symptoms of carpal tunnel so I got these and the first time I used them I did not wake up that night with my hands in searing pain like I had been. I did it a few more times and I haven’t used them in a while cuz I haven’t needed to. That was probably about 2 months ago. Symptoms are starting to come back so I’ll be trying to figure out where I put them soon :)

I ordered these for a hand injury that required four different surgeries. The therapist was using different items to strengthen my hand twice a week. I found these to use at home. It has really helped improve my hand gripping and pinching. My therapist has been surprised at how fast my hand is improving! Well worth the money!

These things are great, When used correctly, I can feel engagement of every muscle in my arm. Stretch arm out straight, lift vertically while keeping fingers stretched. This helped with my tendinitis, and I can see more definition in the muscles in my forearms. Love the simplicity and portability factor.

Great tool for hand strengthening. I had a slight stroke so this has been a great tool for me to exercise with. I’m sure workout athletes might find it better but for me it helps rebuild my hand strength. Very durable rubber and has good resistance. Priced very reasonable

I am a Physical Therapy Assistant with 30 years of experience so if I like something like this, it is saying something!!! I am giving these a four only because the pieces that you put your fingers in are a bit small for my husband's fingers. He does have a large hand though.

Was recommended these by a professor to increase intrinsic hand muscles and they're very worth the price. Easy to put into my backpack and pull out in class to do some quick reps as needed to help strengthen my hands. Quality material, exactly as advertised.

Love having these around at work or during meetings. I just started climbing. It's nice to have something to fidget with and feel good about because I'm also working out my fingers. I like the matte rubber texture. It is not sticky or slipper. A goldilocks grip experiences.

They came on time. I think these bands are well made and easy to use. My only problem is that my fingers are a little short for them. I still get a good work out. I slide them down farther on my digits.

After only 5 days of use, I went from barely able to complete a rep of the lowest resistance to multiple reps of medium resistance. More importantly, my wrist and finger pain from typing constantly (I am a software engineer) went away, and my hands feel amazing!

I ordered this product for my husband. He has radial tunnel and this product has helped to improve his condition. The only downside is if you have large fingers, this product is difficult to put on and take off.

I bought a pack, then decided I wanted two so I could do both hands at once. But seriously these are amazing! I love them so so much, I didn’t think I needed the circles but I actually love them! Me, my wife and kid use them!

Effective! Thought ring and little finger on right hand was arthritis or needed surgery to straighten and strengthen. This Hand Grip Strengthener started to improve both almost immediately. I couldn't be more satisfied!

I was using a rubber band to start with my therapy but needed to go with something a little stronger and these are working GREAT. I suggest if you need to rebuild your forearm muscles.

This definitely works when I hold each rep for 3 seconds. People underestimate how valuable it is to train the opposing muscle groups. A must have for massage therapists!!

Far better than the rubber band I have been using to increase flexion and strength in my hands. Graduated tension helps me to judge my progress.

SO FAR IT IS A LITTLE SOON TO DETERMINE THE RESULTS OF THEM HOWEVER, I FEEL OPTIMISTIC THAT I SHOULD GET GOOD RESULTS.

Our son trains in brazilian jiu jitsu and these strength trainers are great for working on grip strength for grabbing gis!
